These Terms of Purchase govern your purchase of products and/or services (“Products”) from School of Makeup through our Website (www.schoolofmakeup.com.au). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed on the Website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the Website.

You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

By completing your purchase, you authorise School of Makeup to charge your nominated payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Prices displayed do not include any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or additional charges unless otherwise noted.

4. Subscription Model (If Selected)

If you select a subscription option:

  • You authorise School of Makeup to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees at the billing frequency selected (e.g., annually).
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled by you at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing [email protected].
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details remain accurate and up to date.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You must complete Phase 1 of the course within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
  • If, after completing Phase 1, you feel we have not delivered on our promise, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.
  • If eligible, your refund will be issued minus the following non-refundable fees:
    • Setup Fee: $100 USD (Covers onboarding, administration, and payment processing.)
    • Operating System Platform Access Fee: $250 USD (Covers immediate access to our proprietary digital resources and systems.)

Example: If you request a refund within 7 days and qualify, your refund will equal the total paid minus $350 USD.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds are available after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • No partial refunds, credit transfers, or course swaps are permitted.

6. Delivery of Products/Services

Digital products, including course access and resources, will be made available immediately upon confirmation of your purchase.

You will receive login credentials and platform access instructions via the email address you provided at checkout.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment details.

You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account, whether authorised or unauthorised.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, resources, templates, systems, and materials (including the School of Makeup Operating System) are the exclusive property of School of Makeup.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to your purchase is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

Under no circumstances shall School of Makeup be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our Products.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms of Purchase at any time.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
